Rental Includes
Water and lights: Included in the monthly rent.
Bed: Included as shown in the room photos.
Shared facilities: A bath is available, and the kitchen is available for cooking, including use of the gas stove.
Tenant may bring: Own fridge, pots, pans, utensils and personal items. Only the room is being rented.

Payment & Room Securing
The monthly rental is R 1 500.00. If rental is not paid, the Tenant must vacate the property and return the room and keys in good order.
Payment secures the room for you. Please use your name and surname as the EFT payment reference.

Simple Room Rental Terms
The Tenant must pay the monthly rental, keep the room and shared areas clean, respect the property and other occupants, and take care of the room, bed, keys and shared facilities. If rental is not paid, the Tenant must vacate the property. Any damage, loss, misuse or negligence may be charged to the Tenant. This agreement follows the laws of the Republic of South Africa and the Tenant's information is handled privately.
POPIA, ID Uploads & Digital Acceptance
The Tenant consents to Switchcom IT storing the supplied personal information, ID/smart ID uploads, acceptance timestamp, IP address and agreement record for rental administration, compliance, payment tracking and contact purposes. This information is private and will not be sold or shared outside legitimate operational, legal or compliance requirements.
